as i’m sure most of you have noticed by now, we rarely make dishes that take longer than 30 mins to make, except for special occasions.
i know this post is a little late – the super bowl has been over for a few hours now, and i bet a lot of you already ate chili today.
remember last week, when mike and i took a leisurely hike in discovery park and i mentioned i was in the eye of the storm as far as school went? yeah, well, here i am in the storm!
as a vegetarian, i always have a challenging time deciding what to make for a main course on thanksgiving, christmas, and other traditionally meat-centered holidays.
i wouldn’t say that i’m a picky eater. i like almost all foods. well, except for meat. and broccoli.
