i love fresh spring rolls. and i love pad thai. so when i saw this recipe that combines all of the ingredients of fresh spring rolls with a pad thai-style sauce, i knew i had to make it right away.
as i mentioned in my last post, i’ve been lucky enough to get some recommendations for recipes from friends and family lately. my mom sent me this one, and it’s absolutely delicious!

i think we can all agree that it’s officially holiday season. and what that means for many of us (or most of us, i’m guessing, especially if you’re reading this site) is baking tons of cookies. my favorites are sugar cookies and krumkakes (traditional norwegian cookies).
i love cooking and baking, and most of the time this hobby completely enthralls me. i love the routine mike and i have created of working, going to the gym, then coming home and preparing a delicious dinner together. i love taking photos as we prepare the meal, and thinking about how i’ll present the recipe to all of you.
