ok, so i know christmas has come and gone, but i didn’t get a chance to make these cookies until christmas day. and i still wanted to share them with you, just in case you want to squeeze in one last batch of holiday cookies.
friends, let’s take a moment to discuss one of my favorite foods: savory pancakes. from fritters to pancakes to latkes, the savory pancake is my go-to weeknight dinner, and a great way to make a quick, vegetable-heavy meal that is delightfully crispy on the outside (in case you’ve missed some of my previous posts, this list of links will catch you up: chickpea patties, corn fritters, potato latkes, quinoa cakes, sweet potato latkes, vegetable pancakes, and zucchini fritters).
mike and i love making pizza at home. we usually use this recipe, which produces a thick crust pizza. but during our visit to california in june, we were lucky enough to sample two different delicious homemade thin-crust pizza doughs at our friends’ houses, and we decided it was time to try a thin crust pizza on our own.
