When it finally arrived, Polenta Rancheros was the first recipe I made (along with the guacamole potato salad). It was by far the BEST breakfast I have ever made at home. [oddly, though, the leftovers acquired an odd taste - too peculiar to enjoy eating]. Overall, a great recipes with which to "wow" your family and friends! I just ordered Vegan Brunch a few weeks ago.
