i made this recipe with half millet and rice flour, used brown rice syrup instead of maple syrup, almost a cup and a half of carrots, added coconut, currents, and a chopped banana.  the additions made it more chewy and moist. the first time i made it, it seemed slightly dry for my palate so i also threw the oats in a coffee grinder for a few spins. the result was delicious! thank you so much for all of the detox options!</description>
