But I have to say they might be my new favorite chocolate chip cookies. I do remember our chocolate chip cookie conversation because it happened after a failed attempt and some really bad cookies made by me. I think now I am going to try to find that mesquite flour and make those mesquite cookies again. The other day I made some mesquite chocolate chip cookies from the cookbook Super Natural Cooking and they were really good although I could not find mesquite flour so I just used whole wheat pastry flour.
