ok, so it’s not my own cookbook and i *may* have been told which categories to enter recipes in so as to help fill out the compilation, but nonetheless, the friends of hospice’s cookbook is here, and the sentinel printed an article about it:

Emilie, I thought of you when I saw that story this morning. Congrats! With you contributing, it should be far superior to the average fund-raising cookbook.

@jessi: awww, thanks! the cookbook is a very interesting combination of recipes submitted by staff people like myself (many of whom are veggie/foodies), famous chefs from around the area, and then the friends of hospice themselves (many of whom contributed very traditional/family recipes) – so the recipes are really all over the spectrum.

Emilie, with your cooking talents I thought you might be interested in entering the Vegan Lunch Box contest: http://veganlunchbox.blogspot.com/search/label/lunch%20contest

If there’s anyone who could make a creative vegan lunch, it’s you!
