		<description>I have always been so impressed by you and Mike&#039;s home cooking (he can attest to the fact that I admire what ever he is eating for lunch). It&#039;s interesting to hear the history of how this came to be!

I&#039;m very excited to hear about your running experiences. I too have always felt like I &quot;suck&quot; at running. I felt the same way about biking 18 months ago, but now I&#039;m a total devotee (especially with my iPod to inspire the ride).
